The best way to kill roaches is to establish a regular roach-control program. We suggest this three-step system:
1. Spray Raid Max ®
Roach & Ant Killer directly on roaches and in places where they may be hiding and breeding (such as cracks or crevices, under furniture or sinks, and in drawers).
2. After spraying, fog heavily infested areas with a whole room treatment, such as Raid Max ®
Concentrated DEEP REACH ™ Fogger. Wait for the appropriate airing-out time, then sweep or vacuum up dead and dying insects and dispose of them in the trash outside.
3. Use baits. Place Raid ® Double Control Small Roach Baits Plus Egg Stoppers ™ where you have seen roaches. This product kills and sterilizes newly hatched roaches, helping to keep an infestation from reoccurring.
To keep roaches from migrating into your home or apartment from surrounding areas, use this system and encourage your neighbors to use it as well. In warmer climates or where infestations are heavy, repeat all three steps every three months.

To treat severe ant problems, follow these steps:
1. Eliminate any food and water that could be attracting ants into your home.
2. Clean up food crumbs and beverage spills.
3. Keep packaged foods in tightly sealed containers.
4. Store vegetable oils and fats in the refrigerator.
5. Dry out tubs and sinks after use.
6. Place Raid ® Double Control Ant Baits where heavy ant activity is seen inside the home, especially on ant trails. The ant-bait disks fit into tiny areas where ants are likely to travel. Rather than act as traps to catch ants, the disks allow ants to enter and leave with the poisoned bait, which they bring back to the colony as food. By sharing the bait with the queen and other ants, those ants will help to kill the entire colony. For this reason, let ants travel freely to and from the baits for one week.
7. After one week, spray any remaining ants with Raid ® Ant Killer.
NOTE: Keep on the lookout for renewed ant activity in the first two weeks after your initial treatment. Re-treat problem areas promptly, following the six steps mentioned above. When using ant baits, be sure you do not place them on areas that have been sprayed. Ants traveling over sprayed areas will die before they have a chance to bring the ant bait back to the colony.

Raid ® Concentrated DEEP REACH ™ Fogger is flammable; therefore you must follow the label directions and "extinguish all flames and pilot lights" before using this product. If you don't know how to extinguish and relight your pilot lights, we suggest you call your local gas company for assistance.

You need to use products that kill fleas and break the flea life-cycle. If you don't, they'll be back. Raid ® Flea Killer kills fleas on your pet and in your home. We suggest you follow these steps for solving your flea problem:
1. Spray your dog with Raid ® Flea Killer. (If you have a cat, treat your cat with an approved flea-killing product for cats.)
2. Spray your pet's sleeping quarters, carpets, draperies, and upholstery with Raid ® Flea Killer Plus Carpet & Room Spray.
3. For heavy infestations, fog rooms with Raid ® Flea Killer Plus Fogger.
It's important to remember that no flea treatment can penetrate a flea's protective cocoon. Fleas that are in the cocoon stage during your initial treatment may have survived. Keep on the lookout for renewed flea activity in the first two weeks after initial treatment, and re-treat problem areas promptly.

Raid ® Disposable Yellow Jacket Traps are a ready-to-use trap. Raid ® Disposable Yellow Jacket Traps are pre-filled with a non-toxic attractant that attracts and catches all major species of yellow jackets.

Raid ® Disposable Yellow Jacket Traps come pre-filled with a non-toxic attractant and have funnel-like openings for yellow jackets to enter the trap. When yellow jackets fly into the trap, their wings will get wet and they will be unable to fly out.

Raid ® Disposable Yellow Jacket Traps will attract all major species of yellow jackets. They are not intended to trap bees, hornets or other types of wasps (i.e., Paper Wasps).

Raid ® Disposable Yellow Jacket Traps should be used when you cannot locate the nest. Yellow jacket nests are hidden underground or behind walls and are rarely visible.
There are two peak times when yellow jackets are most bothersome.
- Place traps in early spring to catch queens and help prevent yellow jacket problems later in the season.
- Use additional traps in the summer and fall to catch workers.
For cases when a nest can be seen, RaidŽ Wasp & Hornet Aerosol should be used. These nests are likely produced by Paper Wasps or Bald Faced Hornets.

Raid ® Disposable Yellow Jacket Traps can be hung from a tree or a bush. They can also be placed on a flat, stable surface. Always set the traps away from human activity or food. Ideally, multiple Raid ® Disposable Yellow Jacket Traps should be placed at the perimeter of the yard and in areas where yellow jacket activity is observed. Each Raid ® Disposable Yellow Jacket Trap will cover an area of 20 ft. x 20 ft. (400 sq. feet).

There may be a competitive food source in the area that is attracting the yellow jackets. Make sure to keep the area free of food, sugary liquids, etc. that may be attracting the yellow jackets.
It's also possible the Raid ® Disposable Yellow Jacket Trap may not be located near their nest or it has not been discovered yet by the queen or her workers. It could take a number of days for yellow jackets to discover the Raid ® Disposable Yellow Jacket Trap and establish a pattern of behavior that leads them to the trap. If catches are low, you may want to try moving the Raid ® Disposable Yellow Jacket Trap to another location, but be sure to leave it in place for at least four (4) days. Be careful not to move the trap often as this can interfere with the foraging patterns Yellow Jackets try to establish.
If you can see a nest, Raid ® Wasp & Hornet Aerosol should be used. Raid ® Disposable Yellow Jacket Traps should be used when you cannot see the nest.

The attractant in Raid ® Disposable Yellow Jacket Traps will last for weeks. Raid ® Disposable Yellow Jacket Traps should be replaced when you notice:
- Trap is full of insects
- Attractant has evaporated or very little remains (above the line where bugs lay)
- Level/number of bugs is no longer increasing

Raid ® Disposable Yellow Jacket Traps can be found in your local supermarket, mass merchandise or home improvement store in either the pest control aisle next to your favorite Raid ® products or in the Lawn & Garden section.
